Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 6 November 2026Applies to: HIRAYA City server and Discord

These terms explain what we expect from every citizen of HIRAYA City and what you can expect from us. By verifying on our Discord or joining the server you agree to them.

01Acceptance of terms

By verifying on the HIRAYA City Discord, connecting to the FiveM server or using any of our services (together, the Service) you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the server rules posted in Discord.

If you do not agree, do not verify and do not connect.

02Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required by Discord in your country if higher.
  • You must own a legitimate copy of Grand Theft Auto V and use a valid FiveM / Cfx.re account.
  • You may only use one account. Sharing, selling or buying accounts is not allowed.

03Verification

Verification is a human check (captcha) followed by acceptance of these terms. It grants you access to the community channels and does not guarantee a place in the server or a whitelist approval.

Trying to bypass, automate or abuse the verification (bots, scripts, alt accounts) results in a permanent ban.

04Community conduct

Respect is the baseline everywhere in HIRAYA City, in Discord, voice channels and in game. You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, discriminate against or doxx other members, or use hate speech.
  • Post NSFW, illegal, pirated or malicious content (including phishing links and token grabbers).
  • Spam, advertise other servers or scam members.
  • Impersonate staff, members or other communities.
  • Disrupt events, voice channels or support tickets on purpose.

05Roleplay and in-game rules

HIRAYA City is a serious roleplay server. The full rulebook is published in Discord and is part of these terms. In short:

  • Fear RP: value your character's life when outmatched.
  • No metagaming: never use information from outside the roleplay (Discord, streams, voice) in character.
  • New Life Rule: after a hospital respawn your character forgets the events leading to it.
  • No cheating: mods, injectors, exploits and bug abuse are forbidden, and bugs must be reported to staff.
  • No RDM, VDM or trolling, and always follow staff instructions during a scene.

06Data and privacy

To run the Service and keep it safe we process the following data:

  • Your Discord ID, username and server roles.
  • Your FiveM / Cfx.re, Steam and other game identifiers, and your IP address, for whitelisting, anti-cheat and ban enforcement.
  • Your character data, in-game activity and chat or voice reports submitted to staff.

We do not sell your data. It is only shared with staff who need it to moderate the Service, or when required by law. You can ask staff to delete your data by opening a support ticket in Discord, but a ban record may be kept to stop ban evasion.

Server events and support tickets may be logged or recorded for moderation. Do not share passwords or personal information in any channel.

07Moderation and bans

Staff may warn, mute, kick, suspend or permanently ban any account that breaks these terms or the rules, with or without notice, depending on the severity. Decisions can be appealed through a ticket in Discord. Staff decisions on appeal are final.

08Content and ownership

The HIRAYA City name, logo, custom scripts, maps and assets belong to HIRAYA City or their respective authors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

By posting content on our platforms (images, clips, text) you allow us to display it for the purpose of running and promoting the community. GTA V and FiveM are the property of their owners, and HIRAYA City is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re.

09Availability and liability

The Service is provided as is. We work hard to keep it online but do not promise uninterrupted service, and characters, items or progress may be reset or lost because of bugs, wipes, updates or rule enforcement. To the extent allowed by law, HIRAYA City and its staff are not liable for any loss arising from using the Service.

Any virtual item, currency or perk, including those obtained through donations, has no real-world value and remains subject to these terms.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new version. Significant changes are announced in Discord.
